Donation Requests

If you are requesting a donation for an organization you can email us at marketing@morrisanimalinn.com, or fill out the form below.

In order to be considered it is important to include the following information when submitting a request for a donation:

• Requestor name
• Non-profit (501c3) letter
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Organization and/or Event name - request should be on official organization letterhead
• Type of request (ex. Silent auction item, gift certificate for door prize or raffle, etc.)
• Date and location donation will be used (within a 20-mile radius of Morris Animal Inn)
• Event audience estimated size
• Deadline for item needed
• Website with more information about the event or organization
• Supporting documents if applicable

We appreciate the opportunity for Morris Animal Inn to contribute. Careful consideration is given to support as many organizations as possible. To assure we can give your request full consideration, please allow at least (2) two weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.

Please assure your request explains the nature of the organization and how the proceeds of the donation are being used.
